La sfarsit, aproape de casa, ne-am oprit putin in parc si am dat nas in nas cu un Moskvich (de fapt e IJ - ИЖ) modificat pentru deszapezirea parcurilor.
I thought of that while riding my bicycle
You need to bring your passport."

Panel - What is next: Digital Strategies in Media Industry in the Region. Where is the money?
Participants - Vladimir Petkov (economedia, BG), Calin Fusu (Neogen, RO), Elif Bakiler (Hurriyet, TR), Dragos Stanca (F5, Realitatea - Catavencu, RO), Ivaylo Lakov (investor, BG).
Future of their business models
Calin Fusu: Neogen has 2 main sources of revenues - 60% Advertising (direct marketing, special projects); 40% Users (games, voting system)
Dragos Stanca: 40% of the revenue comes from users that pay for content (selling specific content to users); About mobi sites: it's a nice to have thing right now; for sure we have to be there; what works: sms alerts to link to websites.
Challenges in the near future (6 months)
Elif Bakiler: exploring new ways of visualizing content; understanding how the users like to spend their time online.
Romania: focusing on the business models that are working and convincing the advertisers that the internet is a good and safe place
- Calin Fusu: Neogen needs to grow its audience's age (how to do that), and bestjobs.bg has to work on the recruitment market in Bulgaria.
- Dragos Stanca: it is very important to have measurements and not to be a black box for Advertisers
My favorite quote, which turned out to be very catchy to the public, was Content is King, Distribution is King Kong. (shouted out loud by Calin Fusu

Hot Wine Please…
Winter is getting closer and closer and warm beverages become a need for our body. Among many other drinking habits, Romanians enjoy warm cups of hot wine during the winter season, and not only. Unfortunately, here in Bulgaria, this habit is not quite popular. So far I haven't found any place where I can get a cup of hot wine. More than that, Bulgarians seem to be surprised when I ask about such things.
Since I like it very much, and Cristi helped me make some last night, I decided to share with you the secrets of making hot wine.
What you need:
the Wine (preferably red, white also works), sugar, one orange/apple, pepper, and cinnamon.
How to do it:
Put the wine in a pot and start warming it up. During this time you can wash the orange/apple and cut it in small pieces. While the wine is boiling (or just getting to the boiling point) add the sugar, the small pieces of orange/apple, and some cinnamon/pepper (not too much of the latter). Stir after you add the sugar and, 1 minute later, the whole process should be done. Wait a bit so the wine reaches a drinkable temperature and say Cheers/Noroc/Nazdrave
Enjoy!
P.S.: The quality of the wine doesn't matter much. Usually I buy one of the cheapest and the hot wine turns out to be great.
